MRA is a Philippine corporation engaged in overseas employment services duly licensed since 1978 by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) of the Department of Labor and Employment.

Since its founding, MRA has been providing technical personnel and craftsmen to various types of civil construction projects, onshore and offshore pipe laying projects, dredging and reclamation projects. Also, MRA has supplied the necessary technical skilled and semi-skilled personnel ( civil / electrical / mechanical ) for the construction, operation and maintenance of power plants / substations / transmission lines, petrochemical plants, oil and gas refineries and animal feedmill factories. In addition, MRA has provided professional staff to hospitals, health-care organizations, and information technology firms. To date, MRA has deployed worldwide more than 40,000 Filipino overseas workers of various skills, job categories and disciplines.

• SEALANES MARINE SERVICES, INC. Crewing and manning agent of ocean-going ships such as bulk carriers, general cargoes, heavy lifts, passenger ferries, supply vessels, anchor handling vessels and multi purpose vessels.

These two Companies called the "DCL Group of Companies" have the distinct advantage of being able to offer a unified and clear responsibility for supplying all types and categories of Filipino personnel - Landbased and/or Seabased or Offshore Personnel, to various projects and activities all over the world.
