As a service to overseas workers and their families, MRA extends Payroll Assistance
Services to relieve the overseas worker of the burden of worrying about their individual
salary remittance. Emergency Loan Assistance is available to the overseas workers
and their dependents through the Multi-Savings & Loan Association, Inc. (MULTISLA),
a credit cooperative established by the local and overseas workers of MRA and its
sister companies. MULTISLA was given a Special Citation by POEA for its exemplary
welfare and program in the area of Socio-Economic Reintegration. Medicare and social
security system benefits are likewise provided. Guidance and counseling services
to the dependents of the overseas workers are freely provided by the able staff
at MRA.
Communication facilities are always on hand at the MRA office. Email/Fax machines
are made available to the overseas worker's dependents on emergency cases. |
